Program specific surveys are frequently designed to align with learning objectives of a training program providing a basis for a coaching process. A CEO wanted to reduce the amount of time it took to complete his annual assessment process. With 23 respondents we compressed a six-week process of paper and pencil mail in surveys into three weeks with a web-based instrument. Coaching online surveys provide baseline behavioral information for coaches to design an effective coaching process. Customized online surveys and assessments provide a rich source of information that is difficult to obtain any other way.

Adult learning researchers have established that adult learners need to know why they should learn. Online Multi-rater assessments, also called 360 assessments depending on who the respondents are, help participants determine how they should focus their attention. By comparing their self-perceptions with others’ perceptions of them, people learn about their strengths, areas to develop, and blind spots. As a tool of learning, assessments provide wonderful insight that helps people leverage their strengths and develop weaknesses.
