David Agran, MEd

David Agran has had a successful career in the high tech, manufacturing & engineering sectors, as well as in educational systems and non-profit organizations. David is a senior consultant with Incite Learning teaching and coaching professional services and manufacturing clients.

His focus is on leadership, facilitation, problem solving, conflict resolution, executive coaching and change. David’s passion is in facilitating action-oriented groups with a focus on enhancing leadership and team effectiveness that generates faster results and rapid change. He has broad and varied experiences internationally and in both internal and external consulting roles that enhance his effectiveness at working with and coaching others. His recent work has supported initiatives at Solar Turbines, Cayenta.com, Center for Creative Leadership, L-3 Communications, Sempra Energy Utilities, Qualcomm, University of San Diego and the Cardiff Education Foundation.

David has a Masters degree in Leadership from University of San Diego, and a BA in Economics from the University of New Hampshire. David has two children and lives in Southern California.
