Harry B. Sloofman

Harry is a faculty member with Incite Learning. His area of expertise is the ability to develop and organize people, processes and systems that build business capacity and execute organizational change. Harry focuses on leadership issues in organizations, dealing with the people and interpersonal dimensions that ultimately effect how strategy is executed.

Harry has worked with organizations for more than 20 years in improving profitability, quality, cycle time and how to uniquely respond to customers. His work includes organization design, diagnosis, training design, delivery and group facilitation. He has also designed and guided the implementation of learning teams.

His experience includes leadership development and coaching internal consultants for GE Capital, United Technologies, International Paper and HP. Harry played a key role in developing GE Capital’s Leadership Development curriculum. At GE he worked with the client’s internal facilitator team as they implemented the training with the goal of honoring the local culture while incorporating GE’s leadership framework He also developed the global leadership development curriculum for RAG Saarburg and implemented their New Leaders Program in Madrid, Spain and Saarbruken, Germany. At HP he is a core faculty member for the Dynamic Leadership program. Harry brings both internal and external experience as a consultant. He worked with Landmark Education and Lefkoe and Associates before establishing his own practice. He was also the Vice President and Director of Training and Organization development for NatWest Bank’s community banking group in New York City. There he established an internal consulting group.

Harry received his B.S. in Education from the University of Missouri and his M.S. in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. He is a member of the Organization Development Network and the American Society for Training and Development. Harry is also an adjunct faculty for the Pepperdine MSOD program.
