Incite Learning is a group of caring professionals with diverse backgrounds to fit client culture and needs. We are dedicated to effective learning and are lifelong learners ourselves. Many of our associates have advanced degrees with many years of experience as leaders, educators, managers, and consultants. We know our clients well because we have served in the same roles as our participants. When putting together a program faculty, a cadre of coaches, or a consulting team, we look for the right mix of experience and intellectual rigor to create an optimal learning environment.
Incite Learning faculty members and consultants are not employees, they are free agents. The best sports teams utilize free agents by finding the best talent in the field and collaborating with them to become part of the team. Business author Charles Handy wrote about using free agents, also called independent contractors, as a future model for effective business structures. Fast Company magazine featured an issue called: Free Agent Nation that spoke of the trend toward using independent contractors to perform all types of work. In the type of work we perform we find free agents to be the best model for attaining a fresh diverse professional perspective. We have featured several associates and affiliates below alphabetically. This is not an exhaustive list but it will provide you with a rich sample of who we are. Many of our associates have thriving practices of their own and we collaborate with each other to serve clients in the most effective way possible.
