Leslie Little, M.B.A.

Leslie Little is an Incite Learning consultant and international executive who brings a holistic approach to her work as a senior executive advisor. Her passion is making an impact and catalyzing growth for both individuals and organizations. Leslie brings a broad base of executive experience to her coaching work. She was a Partner with The Exetor Group before launching her own practice 2006. She is MBTI certified, has designed and lead many top team interventions and custom training programs and has coached over 150 senior executives. Her work in coaching is focused on improving impact and results.

Prior to moving her career into executive coaching and advisory work, Leslie was a strategy consultant specializing in major corporate restructuring, change management and mergers for clients such as Chevron, UBS, Allianz and The Financial Services Authority. She spent her early career in asset management as Associate Director- Europe for Wells Fargo Nikko Investment Advisors (now BGI) and Managing Director-UK for Vanguard. She also served as the Head of International Pensions for Levi Strauss & Co.

Leslie received her BA, cum laude, in international relations and history from Georgetown University and earned her MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

She has a passion for international children’s issues and developing economies. She served as Vice Chairman of Hope and Homes for Children from 1997-2005 and is currently a Board Member for Evidence for Development. Both organizations are leading edge players tackling the root cause of AIDs, child abandonment and sustainable economic conditions in the developing world. In her spare time, she loves to ski, golf, enjoy the arts and travel.
