Marcia Ellis is a consultant with Incite Learning with over 25 years experience working in the field of organizational development consultation. Much of her work involves corporate university initiatives. Areas of expertise include leadership and team development, change management, group and meeting facilitation, interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and win-win negotiation and quality customer service.
Most recently Marcia authored and produced The Meeting Architect; an individual productivity tool/CD Rom designed for leaders who plan and facilitate team meetings. Marcia has a Masters of Science in Counseling and Student Personnel from The State University of New York at Albany and a Bachelors of Science in Education from The State University of New York at Brockport. Marcia was the Assistant Dean of Students at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and the Manager of Personnel Training at the former NationsBank. Cients served include:
