Mimi Frenette

Mimi Frenette, a senior consultant with Incite Learning, is a leadership consultant, executive coach, and mediator. She has more than 20 years of experience teaching and coaching professionals from all sectors of business. Known for focus on mastery of life rather than just mastery of circumstances, Mimi challenges her clients’ thinking, encourages them to practice new ways of being, and ultimately supports their growth from the inside out. She specializes in professional development, corporate education, and consulting/coaching services focused on promoting success through people.

Mimi has extensive experience working with commercial businesses, private nonprofit agencies, governmental agencies, American Indian nations, and colleges and universities. She has created numerous programs in interpersonal skills, leadership, emotional intelligence, strategic planning, and conflict resolution and has delivered hundreds of workshops to business groups worldwide. She helps clients experience increased levels of productivity, lower levels of stress, and greater levels of personal and professional satisfaction.

Mimi has a master’s degree in community leadership with a concentration on adult education. Mimi has earned the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation from the International Coach Federation.

Mimi splits her time between Durango, Colorado and the Adirondack Mountains of New York State. In her spare time Mimi enjoys whitewater canoeing, hiking in the high country of Colorado or upstate New York, and sometimes just settling in with a good book.
