Nancy Campbell is a senior consultant and faculty member for Incite Learning bringing over 24 years of leadership, training, and facilitation to her engagements. Her expertise is in the areas of interpersonal skills, organization development, group facilitation, strategic planning, and executive coaching. She serves as a faculty member for McKinsey & Company’s Managers Leadership Workshop and Interpersonal Communications Workshop. Of particular interest at this point in her life are women as leaders and their capacity to impact organizations.

Prior to Incite Learning, she served as Director of Business and Industry Training at San Juan College, and was a co-founder of a management consulting and training business. She served the DuPont Company as a facilitator for a senior IT leadership team, and as an accounting manager for a New York based law firm (over 100 attorneys). Her international experience includes six years spent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates where she served as HR manager for HSBC and was also asked to participate in the start-up of a portfolio management division as its Operations Manager.

Nancy holds an MA in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University and an MA in Political Science from University of Colorado, Denver and she is currently working on a Ph.D. in Human and Organization Development. She lives in Bloomfield, New Mexico, where she, her husband, and dog Murphy enjoy outdoor activities like snowshoeing and hiking.
Some of the clients she has served include: DuPont Company, Chase Manhatten Bank, MBNA Bank, Ingersoll-Rand, BHP-Billiton Minerals, Giant Refining Company, Burlington Resources, Arizona Public Service Company, Cities of Aztec, Bloomfield and Farmington, San Juan College, San Juan Regional Medical Center, Northern Navajo Medical Center, and the Bureau of Land Management.
