Wendy Webb, MA

Wendy is a senior consultant with Incite Learning with over two decades of experience in the field of individual and organizational development. Her ability to create rich learning environments and her interest in fostering people’s innate styles enables clients an opportunity for increased effectiveness and acceptance of self and others.

Recognized for her trust-building style, she seeks to develop the leadership potential in her clients. Her process-centered programs are designed and delivered with a focus on self-awareness and increased interpersonal skills. Wendy’s keen ability to make assessments and convey her perception is coupled with an interactive approach that encourages full engagement.

Interest in combining experiential methodology with her background in psychology and human development led Wendy to the field of experiential training and development. Her integral coaching practice combines her knowledge of organizations and her desire to develop individuals. She has worked with organizations and leaders from a variety of corporations and organizations including NIKE, Portland General Electric, Columbia Sportswear, Intel and the Young President's Organization. Wendy is currently an adjunct faculty for the Graduate School of Education at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon.

Wendy received a BS in Psychology and Human Development from Lesley College and a MA in Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She is a certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West based in San Francisco. Wendy lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon with her husband and three children. She is an avid equestrian and also enjoys white-water rafting, skiing and puttering in her yard.
